Launchpad should use in-tree versions of twistd and trial

Bug Description

Currently runlaunchpad.py tries to run twistd2.4 to start librarian. This fails on edgy as there is only a /usr/bin/twistd and no /usr/bin/twistd2.4.

Given that we are using an in-tree version of twistd, it is partly coincidence that the system installed twistd2.4 executable does the right thing. Using the version in sourcecode/twisted/bin/twistd would be a better option, and work correctly on both dapper and edgy.

Marking as fix released, since this primarily affects developers and the fix is now available to them.
