Bug Description

width of elementary/panel/22/system-shutdown-panel.svg in elementary 2.6 is only 18. So, the rendering is weird :) In elementary-mono-dark, the width is 22, and the rendering is good.
There are probably others icons affected by this. I saw at least system-shutdown-panel-restart.svg

This is not a bug. It's intentional. I've chosen to only support the indicator applet for panel icons. In this way, the spacing between panel icons can be uniform.

Well, I still don't see why you made 2 different widths for elementary and elementary-mono-dark theme. This introduce different behaviors between the 2 icon themes.
Anyway, I'll fix it in the Lubuntu icon theme.
