With the human icon set, time-admin doesn't have this issue.

Thanks for your bug. Happens on my edgy desktop too with that theme, using the standard theme is fine, the debug backtrace looks like http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363194 upstream

Passed testing. It no longer crashes in user mode when run, and it still performs its functions.

Approved to go into -updates on the 29th.
