Hello Mahyuddin again

as said in the previous bug

I find this change

Add -lX11 and test with Wl,--no-add-needed. (Closes: #554734)

Please test build the debian package in a PPA/updated natty chroot n if it FTBFS again please reopen the bug and forward the patch if applicable and inform the debian maintainer so that we can sync the package if the FTBFS is fixed

referring bug #700430, libraries should never be added to LDFLAGS, but to
LDADD or LIBADD

Hi! You dont need patch Makefile.am if you dont run automake. Patching Makefile.in is enough.

yes angel but mahyuddin's doubt is that Makefile.in is generated from Makefile.am so he has patched the file also I guess which is valid I think I welcome your comments on the same

And as said in the previous bug please reopen the corresponding debian bug with the modified patch so that we can look at syncing the package

Hi! The Makefile.in is only generated from Makefile.am when you call automake, also, I think the patch is valid too.

Mahyuddin please report your patch to Debian Bug 609650, you can use the submittodebian command for this.
