Following my person link from a features page doesn't work

Bug Description

See for example: https://features.launchpad.net/bazaar

The text there says 'Click on your name at the top of any Launchpad page when logged in to go to your person's page.'

I do this, and get taken to: https://features.launchpad.net/people/jnoreiko

... which appears to be about my features!!

I expect to be taken to: https://launchpad.net/people/jnoreiko

Sorry, the sabdfl says no to this for now. Eventually all Launchpad applications will have a subdomain of their own (like features.launchpad.net), and clicking the link next to "Log Out" will show you your involvement in the current application. We may revisit this once we have Web stats on what proportion of people are clicking "Overview" directly afterward.
