Bug Description

Binary package hint: mousepad

The Mousepad Find dialog always opens with "Match case" checked, even though I un-check it every time I use it. I doubt that most people would want a case-sensitive find in a text editor most of the time, but regardless, it would be nice if Mousepad would save the user's preference so he doesn't have to fiddle with it every time.

I don't think this was a problem with the version of Mousepad I was using in Ubuntu Jaunty or Karmic. Perhaps the old default was for "Match case" to be unchecked.
