Bug Description

Installing kubuntu using the edgy live cd or the edgy alternat install disk fails to set correct language to kdm.

While other applications are set to french environment after a fresh installation (choosing French language, Belgium location here), the kdm language is not set in configuration and results in the kdm displayed in english to user. This is inconsistent with the rest of system.

I apologize that no one has replied to your bug report yet, however, I am unable to reproduce this bug in Ubuntu 8.04 and in all likelihood it has been fixed for quite some time.

Are you able to reproduce it in 8.04?

Thanks!
