Bug Description

sane-backends-extras (1.0.22.1) unstable; urgency=low

   * Based on sane-backends 1.0.22.

   * debian/control:
     + Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.1 (no changes).
   * debian/rules:
     + Don't install udev rules, as there are no devices listed in the file.

We have sane-backends 1.0.22 in archive, so would be nice to keep extras paralell with sane-backends. Also, this merge is needs to merge sane-backends from Debian unstable - bug 729283.

Merge sane-backends is tracking on bug 729283.

FFE granted, to get a matching version with sane-backends. There was no debdiff here for sponsoring, but I applied the ubuntu-ubuntu one to and compared to current Debian version. There are no important Ubuntu changes left, so I synced the package.
