Bug Description
* open a distribution bug
* add an upstream task
* try to open a backport task then, there is no option for it
That's because the context has been changed, the page is the product one, not the package one. The context should probably not change when a task is opened, that's confusing

I don't think we should have context-sensitive menus (so the Backport link should be available all the time), but this bug would be valid even if we didn't. When you record a bug as occurring somewhere else you're still more likely to be interested in the original context.
