Bug Description
Binary package hint: cntlm
ifup.d script, introduced to fix bug #358298, does not take into account the eventuality of cntlm being disabled, so even if in current runlevel cntlm is disabled, when a network interface goes up it starts anyway.
The attached patch fixes the bug.
