Bug Description
Is it possible to put an option that reverts the description, tags, statuses (ie everything but the comments) to a previous edit like in wikipedia? This is related to the vandalism of bug #1. This would allow people to fix bugs without having to utilize the "lock description" (bug # 73419) security measure at the first vandalism. So the procedure would be:
1. vandalism occurs
2. reverted
3. vandalism persists
4. bug is locked
