Please sync postgresql-8.2 from Debian experimental

Bug Description

PostgreSQL 8.2 has been released recently, and I uploaded the final version to Debian experimental. I don't want to upload it to unstable since it would disrupt the etch release process (new client lib soname, porting of extensions).

But since we have the main/universe separation in Ubuntu, it is relatively easy to rebuilt the handful of libpq4 reverse dependencies against libpq5, and all the external server extensions are in universe anyway, so they can continue to use 8.1 which will remain in universe.

Oh, it would be nice to sync this straight into main. After all, it's just a new upstream release, and I'll take care that 8.1 is demoted soon.

E: libecpg-dev is in main but its source (postgresql-8.2) is not.

The package isn't anywhere in the archive, and neither in soyuz. Perhaps the printed error made the sync fail completely? It seems you tried to sync the package into universe, that won't work because libpq-dev, and apparently also ecpg is in main.
