Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

After focusing on the launcher by pressing Alt+F1, navigation through numpad arrow keys works but nothing happens when we hit enter key on numpad.

The issues with numpad keys are happening at many places in the unity interface. This is my second bug report regarding numpad 'enter' key and I already saw few others. It seems that somehow these keys are ignored.

Most of us are using laptop and don't use the numpad I think. I saw that the Launcher and the quicklists needs fixing. If you see other areas, do not hesitate to report a bug!
