Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

I am using 11.04 Ubuntu
Window of firefox is Maximized. Okular is maximize on another workstation.
I used meta+W to switch from firefox to Okular.
Then I used meta+W to switch back to firefox.
After this , I found that if I right click, the menu could appear as usually, but as soon as I move the cursor on to the menu, it disappears. The same bug applies to other menus like the bookmark folder, selective options that appear when you are entering text in a textbox.

If I un-maximize it, and maximize it again, the menu works fine again.
I tested other possibilities and found that switching between maximized applications using meta+w would result in this bug. If the other application is not maximized, the bug would not appear.
Thus I guess something conflicts in firefox when switching using meta+W .

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu and Firefox since that time.

Ubuntu 11.04 (natty) reached end-of-life on October 28, 2012.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that was reported using currently supported versions of Ubuntu and Firefox? Please let us know if you do and in which version of Ubuntu otherwise this report can be left to expire in approximately 60 days time.

Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.
