Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

When using the extra pane, and trying to switch to the unactive pane, if you click the tab that was previously active before switching it wont switch back,
in a way you could say that the active pane doesn't trigger an event that is included in the conditions to switch panes

Reproducing:
open nautilus, and open couple of tabs in each pane
try to click the active tab in the unactive pane, the active pane wont switch

Expected output,
The pane should switch no matter what tab i click on the other side, i dont need to do 2 clicks ( click an unactive tab, then switch back to the tab i actually want, or that's how i do it )
