Bug Description

Binary package hint: pysdm

When you select every partition device file (ie hda3), it tells that its not configured and asks if you want to set the partition up.

I have to mention that all partitions on my system are mounted and configured on fstab using their UUID's.

I'm using Pysdm 0.4-1ubuntu1 on Ubuntu Edgy.

This issue is still present in Ubuntu Hardy Heron with pysdm 0.4.1-0ubuntu1. Is upstream ever going to release a new version, or should Ubuntu just apply the patch?

This bug was fixed in the package pysdm - 0.4.1-0ubuntu2

---------------
pysdm (0.4.1-0ubuntu2) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Add quilt support:
    - Move pysdm.desktop delta to debian/patches/desktop-file-validation.
    - Move pysdm.py delta to debian/patches/no-shebangs.
  * debian/patches/uuid:
    - Correctly detect partitions in /etc/fstab (thanks Jan Niklas Hasse),
      fixed in upstream CVS (LP: #79179).
  * debian/copyright:
    - Add missing copyright header to make lintian happy.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0:
    - Add debian/README.source to document quilt usage.
