Bug Description

If you have a password-less user that isn't an automatic guest account, you cannot login from standard lightdm or unity-greeter.

This also affects the Ubuntu CD as the default account doesn't have a password and therefore is not logged in automatically.

This is not a bug in lightdm itself, but rather accountsservice. For users to be able to log in without a password, they need to be added to the nopasswdlogin group. Once that is done, lightdm works fine.
