Bug Description
Otherwise, we will have:
* LTS -> LTS upgrade
* nvidia card
* first boot -> unity-2d, default launcher
* install the nvidia driver
* reboot, unity-3d -> migration tool run
* additional launchers present
-> so yeah, I think we will need consistency there
