Bug Description
I realized the current package from Ubuntu repository cannot deal with v4l-capable devices because of a lack of dependency to libunicap2-dev. Then the build farm omit this function in its building process.
It's pretty sad that LiVES lost its live function in Ubuntu so I want you to make it enable.
(This bug report looks similar to my previou one, Bug #820993, but I notice that LiVES has two distinguishable ways to enable v4l-capable devices.)
