This bug was fixed in the package mysql-cluster-7.0 - 7.1.9a-0ubuntu2

---------------
mysql-cluster-7.0 (7.1.9a-0ubuntu2) oneiric; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: Added -Wno-format-security to CXXFLAGS, resolving FTBFS.
The warnings are resolved in mysql-cluster new upstream version, which
means that this option can be removed when updated. (LP: #831100)
