This has a whole load of:
error: variable ‘item’ set but not used [-Werror= unused- but-set- variable]
at various places.
Note the attached patch seems to work OK for single player; network stuff seems a bit odd - but then I was trying it on one machine; it needs more testing to see if I deleted something with a side effect.
(This is basically a frozen bubble tweak; The upstream website seems broken for this, so maybe it's just a case of nuking it - and anyway, who would replace cute penguins with monkeys?!)
Actually the safer patch might just be to turn the warnings back to warnings.
