This is http://bugs.debian.org/634567 which is fixed in the git packaging repository (see http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=collab-maint/gcc-mingw-w64.git;a=commitdiff;h=65853e4738d519bf484961116eee8cc3af43c634 for the simple fix). I won't be able to upload a fixed package to Debian before next weekend, so if you want to apply the patch for Oneiric feel free...
