Bug Description
When using the tmux backend for byobu, the notifications tend to freeze after a couple of minutes: I notice this through the network/disk notification being stuck (and also the date/uptime)
The window area (showing on which window you're on) works perfectly, it only affects the byobu notifications.
If launching another byobu session, the notifications resume in the first byobu session (until it freezes again a couple of minutes later)
I'm using byobu 4.39 on Archlinux, with tmux 1.5

Okay, I think this should be fixed with the changes made for Bug #872551, moving the cache to /dev/shm. Could you retest with 4.43?
