Bug Description
The latest version of tftpd-hpa is not installable in precise.
Setting up tftpd-hpa (5.1-3ubuntu2) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/init/
tftpd user (tftp) already exists, doing nothing.
tftpd-hpa directory (/var/lib/tftpboot) already exists, doing nothing.
start: Unknown job: tftpd-hpa
invoke-rc.d: initscript tftpd-hpa, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing tftpd-hpa (--configure):
Please test the installability of your packages before upload.
