Ubuntuone-control-panel filechooser on ubuntu 12.04

We are using the non-native dialog because of a bug on PyQt for windows (LP: #835013), but it's easy to fix, applying the non native dialog only on windows, since under Unity and Gnome, Qt defaults to the gtk file chooser.

Would this require a UIFe?

Would be interesting to get it fixed.
