Bug Description

The jenkins upstart configuration uses su; this prevents restart of a desktop system.

Switching to start-stop-daemon resolves the issue and does not impact jenkins.

jenkins (1.424.3+dfsg-1ubuntu1) precise; urgency=low

  * Switch upstart configuration to use start-stop-daemon to allow
desktop systems to shutdown (LP: #952902).
