Bug Description
The monochrome icon used for Dropbox is using the dark variant for the dark panel. See attached screenshot.

Hm, in fact there are some bright monochrome icons, but they seem to have the wrong name. icons/elementar y-xfce- dark/panel/ 22 and rename the dropbox* icons to dropboxstatus* (e.g. dropbox-busy.svg to dropboxstatus- busy.svg) . Then run "sudo gtk-update- icon-cache /usr/share/ icons/elementar y-xfce- dark" and restart your session.
Since I'm not a dropbox-user, could you please test whether this fixes the issue for you:
Go to /usr/share/
If that fixes the issue I'll push those changes to the icon-theme. Thanks!
