Cheese can't find vp8enc

Bug Description

This may be an issue with gstreamer, as the exact error is: One or more Gstreamer elements is missing: vp8enc. Either way, a recompile against libvpx-1.0 will probably fix this (as this release broke ABI compatibility).

But again, I'm not sure if this is a bug in cheese or gstreamer.

To reproduce:

1. Install cheese on Precise 64 bit
2. Try to run Cheese.
3. Instead of displaying camera feed, Error message appears.

Could you please try using 'gstreamer-properties' to see if the webcam is working (navigate to Video tab)?
