Bug Description

On amd64 precise, skype (the i386 package, since that's what we're meant to use on 64bit, not the 64bit package from skype's website) requires libasound2-plugins:i386 in order to get any sound (documented on https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Skype). This package needs to be manually installed, and one would think that it would get pulled in as a dependency or something if it's required. If it's not installed then one gets the error "Problem with Audio Playback" when trying to make calls, and Skype does not play the startup sound.

For this we should add a Recommends rather than a Depends; but yes, we should fix it.
