Bug Description
Even though bug 94362 is fixed (fix with pqm now), the fix just fixes the appearance of the bug attachment/
This bug is about having those tabs go somewhere sensible, like to where the bugs on the bugtask go to.
Doing this is tricky, because of assumptions in the menus/urls infrastructure, and how bugs break these somewhat.
A fix might be to rework facet menus to not rely on canonical_urls but instead to use the objects traversed through to acquire a facet menu.
