Scmproj 0.5.2 released

Written for ScmProj plugin by Alexander Belchenko on 2010-03-04

I've released 0.5.2 version of scmproj plugin.

I think it will be the last release in 0.5 series.
Next release will bring new format and config layout.
Old format will be still supported for all operations except project-init command.
