I have added the HL-2070N upstream to foomatic-db now and also updated the OpenPrinting web site. So you can download PPD files for your printer from

http://www.openprinting.org/printer/Brother/Brother-HL-2070N

I will also add the changes to the foomatic-db package in Oneiric.
