* Fix LP: #743096 - split the e-d-s backend from the Evolution plugin, so
that Thunderbird can access the U1 addressbook without pulling in the
whole of evolution. Adds a new "evolution-couchdb-backend" package
- update debian/control to add new package, which breaks/replaces the
old evolution-couchdb
- add debian/evolution-couchdb.install
- add debian/evolution-couchdb-backend.install
- remove binary-post-install hook from debian/rules to drop the *.la and
*.a files from the binary. The debhelper files do this now
- bump compat to 7, so that dh_install looks in the right place without
us needing to specify the path to the build directory
