* Added a mechanism to lock SSH and VNC port before services are really
  started. There is a small delay during which ports are allocated but not
  used, and any other upgrade test start during this time, has a chance to use
  the same port. The lock mechanism allows to run tests in parallel on the same
  system.
* Added debconf prompts 'glibc/restart-services' and 'libraries/restart-without-asking'
  to the whitelist.
