ACBF Viewer for Android 0.91 is out

ACBF Viewer for Android 0.91 is out. Changes are:
- smoother frame animation
- support for on_pause event (an open comic book will not close when switching between applications)
- new library used for handling JPG files (will open JPGs with newer features)
