What is it?

Account plugins are loaded by the Online Accounts applet found within
the System Settings application when an accounts needs to be created or
configured. This project currently consists of the account plugins for
Google, Facebook, Flickr, Foursquare, Identi.ca, Sina, Sohu and Windows
Live.
