No more Bazaar

We were not totally happy with Bazaar (mostly due to the difficulty to get a good GUI on Windows... Internet Explorer is often needed for our xompatibility work...), so we get back to SVN, then move to Mercurial which is really better.

The launchpad site si deprecated, however we would love to come back here if there was any Mercurial repository hosting here !
