BeatBox 0.3

BeatBox 0.3 aka Acolyte! This is the feature release prior to Luna. All changes from now until Luna will be for stability/existing feature improvements. BeatBox 1.0 will coincide with the Luna release.

Key changes:
1. Better album view. Shadows for album covers, native gtk (rather than web browser), more integrated, new popup view.
2. iPod sync. Uses libgpod.
3. Speed improvements to list and album view (all around).
4. Full podcast support.
5. Internet radio support.
6. Import/export playlists.
7. Cleaner first run experience.
8. Now reads album artist, composer, disc number.
9. Lyric fetching
