Release notes
It's a little later than I planned, but today I am proud to announce that BeatBox 0.1 is released (rev 262). A basic list of it's features are as follows:
Library Management
Audio and video playback
Playlists/Smart Playlists
Last FM integration
Similar song that you have and that you don't have
Equalizer
Multiple views including the list, album view, and miller columns.
Advanced playback options (shuffle, repeat, and queue)
Metadata tag editor (with mass editing)
Automatic album art and artist image fetching (as well as the ability to set album art on your own with drag and drop)
However, the most important part in my opinion is BeatBox's great speed, simplicity, and looks.
Development will continue as usual. In the future, I am looking towards device synchronization, allowing for more tags (such as album-artist) in songs, and continued development of the music store.
