BestPractice is a musician's practice tool, to slow down or change the pitch of music, either from an MP3 file or directly from a CD. Play along with for instance Eb tuned guitars without retuning your own, or slow down that high-speed guitar solo on a CD that you like to learn.
Currently, BestPractice 1.0 is a mildly successful application for Windows. The current development version is a total rewrite with cross-platform compatibility as its main goal and therefore uses wxWidgets. Contributions are welcome in any form, such as translations, linux/Apple programming knowledge (but Windows as well of course), GUI design, help files etc.
