Unit tests

Bobcat's doctests have been converted to unit tests, and further tests were added. Currently, there are about 200 tests contained in Bobcat.
The Great Renaming

All remains of the name "gummi" are now gone. Bobcat is called Bobcat completely, and for good. The old standard file extension ".rsl" (for "reStructuredLaTeX" was changed to ".bcat".
Cross referencing infrastructure finished

Bobcat now has the code to handle cross references, citations, text blocks, footnotes, and so-called delayed weblinks. Note that these elements cannot be parsed yet; there is only the code to create the links between referencing and referenced element.
