Developing code for running brushed DC motors with hobby brushless controllers.

Low cost ESCs have always been a desirable for robots and hobby use. Recently chinese brushless ESCs have greatly reduce the price of these in the RC brushless range. This has been reflected to some extent with brushed ESCs however all RC escs typically introduce a delay or differing behaviour for forward and reverse. In order to utilise brushless ESCs for brushed operation these can be reprogrammed. Reprogramming brushless ESCs has been done in the past to allow operation without RC signals and i2c inputs but this is the first for reprogramming for brushed operation.
