Highlights

[New] sosreport can be run separately [#1817816]
If you need to run sosreport but don't need to create a new issue, you can launch "sudo qabro.sosreport". It will create an sosreport archive (see bug comments for more info)
[Fix] HWE engineer assigned to the right series when using --fwts option [#1806832]
Previously, HWE would be assigned to the first series (e.g. "somerville") instead of the correct one (e.g. "hwe-somerville"). This is now fixed.
[Fix] qabro crash: on recent Ubuntu installation, qabro would crash. This is because of an incompatibility between newer versions of snapd and the way qabro was snapped
[Fix] qabro crash when pasting long text in the description [#1806841]
