Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity-frontend-gtk

When trying to resize a ReiserFS partition using the graphical installer, my test system locks hard. The original partition is still usable afterwards. Using resize_reiserfs manually from a terminal window works just fine.

If it locks, that's a kernel bug. See if you can duplicate the hang using parted's resize command?
