Update to 0.6.21

Thanks Alessio for the work keeping the Ubuntu changes in sync with Debian, I will have a look at the current version and see if we can sync it

@Alessio: the ubuntu serie was not applying correctly on the Debian package and some of the patches needed to be updated,fixed ... I did that an uploaded to quantal. Do you track launchpad and Ubuntu uploads or would you like us to send those updates to the Debian BTS?

Of course I track the uploads to Ubuntu, I'll try to allocate some time to review the patches and adapt them for Debian.
