Bug Description
stack.sh calls some files like glance-manage, nova-manage, keystone-manage. But these files don't have executable permissions. When executing stack.sh, the error "Permission denied" is thrown.

I don't see this issue, can you provide more details, such as your platform (OS) and a 'ls -l /opt/stack/
