Redirects needed for swift 1.4.3, 1.4.4, 1.4.5, etc doc builds

Bug Description
Swift has had a requirement to store older versions of their Sphinx-generated documentation. Now when you go to:
http://
you get a 404 error for
http://
Ideally the fix will be to do redirects for 1.4.3, 1.4.4, 1.4.5,1.4.8 (these are the ones I know of, please check the server to confirm additional directories).

To fix, you need access to the htaccess file on the server I believe. But I don't know how the /developer redirects work now.
