Bug Description
It will take a very long time to run stack.sh script for the first time if the network condition is not ideal. There is a way to speed up the installation of the packages by replacing apt-get install with apt-fast install for example. Apt-fast is a shellscript wrapper for apt that speeds up downloading of packages.
