Connection to tabpress seems to slow down webhelp (HTML) load time

Bug Description

is it intended to add a script to go to tabpress.com in the HTML output? It took a while for a page I generated with a pom.xml file with the 1.3.1 version of the clouddocs-maven-plugin. I don't have any of the social buttons turned on. Here's what appears in the output:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.tabpress.com/_js/ga_social_tracking.js">

As far as I can tell, tabpress is a Facebook integration tool and my expectation would be not to see that if I don't have Facebook "like" buttons turned on.

The plan:

David will cut a version of the maven plugin that will not insert a tabpress.com script.

Once the version is cut, I'll propose a patch to openstack-manuals that points to the new version of the maven plugin. Jenkins will build them all without the tabpress.com script.

Fix bug 1036213

Removes all tabpress.com scripts from all outputs.
