can't change widget theme, apply button does nothing

Bug Description

lxappearance seems to open well, but i'd like to change to a different widget theme which is included in lubuntu. when selecting the widget theme, the lxappearance window changes appearance, but clicking apply seems to have no effect.

fixing this bug would allow me to change widget themes using lxappearance. I also will be checking icon theme before closing

A reboot should have fixed your issue. However, you can reproduce it using an desktop ISO, or any installation without a ~.config/lxsession/Lubuntu/desktop.conf
I'll commit a fix for it
